I am not satisfied with the feedback I received from MTN, I have been using Watsapp since 2010 and never experienced this. I have been on Watsapp since my airtime was with the little that was left but can still communicate with my friends, how is that. At the moment I have less that R1.00 airtime but still online with my buddies. I need my airtime restored with immediate effect, as the explanation that I have been given does not explain why I can still be on Watsapp though I have almost no airtime on my phone.
