Cell C
False Advertising

Cell C have advertised that they cover 97% of South Africa. This has not been my experience. I unfortunately downgraded to Cell C (I fell for the advertising) and it has been a nightmare ever since. I cannot get any signal in my house at all - and my son ended up in hospital because I was unable to call for help. I can never use the data because they are always either HSDPA or Edge which is so slow that everything times out. I cannot make calls in my own office (in Sandton!) - the emails I receive come through late and my boss is angry that no one can ever get hold of me on the phone - we even did an exercise where they called me on my cell and I was in the same room (all settings correct to receive calls) and Cell C dropped the call.
I want my contract cancelled with no charges to me as I am the only one upholding any end of the contract. Your network is weak and your service is non-existant. I am sorry that I ever signed up with you - Cell C is ruining my life!!!
