I took a contract with Heita cellular network, I requested a top up contract from an agent, they gave me a open plan contract, I cant remember the amount I paid in the first month but it was ridiculous, I then decided not to use their stater pack for the following month just to observe if the amount was made out of usage, it became more ridiculous, i then phoned their managers advising them that they should pull a call as they say that their calls are recorded for quality per poses, in order for them to see that initially I requested a top up contract, as I knew that I would not afford an open plan, I also advised them about an incident, where I did not use their sim card for the whole month yet they charged me a ridiculous amount, they promised me that they will cancel the contract and that they will collect their phone from my work premises where they delivered it, they did exactly that, collect their phone, the sim card as well as the charger and the head sets, today I received an sms, advising that I have been handed over to their attorney, they say I owe them R2626.39, I am realy not impressed with them at all. and i would like that this matter should be investigated further.
