WAS MISINFORMED WHEN TAKING UP A CONTRACT

When I took an internet bundle contract I was informed by the sales agent at nashua mobile that it is a top-up contract and I will get 1GB data every month and can load data myself when my 1GB is finished. I have had the contract for 5 months now and I pay R120.00 per month. It came as a shock to me this month when my statement comes with the amount of R450.00 saying that I have over used my data and it is an open contract. I was told that it is a top-up contract and there is nowhere on the contract where it says open contract or els i would not have taken it. I layed a complaint to the customer centre and was directed to the branch where Itook up a contract with. I was told by the branch manager that the agent does not work for them anymore and what do I expect them to do and I should contact the head office myself as there is nothing she can do. I fail to understand how the branch manager can not help me as I took the contract with then and she tells me I should contact the head office myself. I was mislead by the sales agent and the contract is not even clear that the contract i took is oan open contract. I need your intervention
