Since inception of this contract it has been an uphill battle. After dealing directly with the franchise owner Carly as well as her staff members Wynand and most recently Cole, to date i still have not received any form of communication as to why my service has been interuppted. The final visit to the store was to confirm cancellation of contract and also to enquire as to when the handset needed to be handed in and to date only received a call from a call centre agent advising me that i have to pay a min amount of R6000 for the contract to be terminated. on the day of informing the store that i wished to terminate the contract they were also advised that the debit order for the month had been reversed as they billed incorrectly and advised for them to raise a debit for the correct amount. to date no action has taken place and now im left with no service and a bill of over R1000 instead of the contractually agreed amount of R379 Per month. totally disgusted with "service" and passing the buck. I was advised by Cole it would take a max of 21 wrking days for the contract to be terminated and then I could have my number released to port to alternative network.its way past due date!!
