Last month i complained here about the non service delivery i am receiving from Nashua!
i applied for a contract in late june / early July -to which i never got my device.
i was given the sim card -as part of the contract you had to register.. i haven't even used it until my account was deducted end of August ..i complained and yes someone called and promised i would receive the phone within the week and there would be follow up! nothing to that matter. my account was deducted again end of september _STILL NO PHONE .To my surprise this time around) my account was deducted R1700!!! when enquired it was due to internet usage!! i still don't have the phone..i have asked to cancel the contract -i haven't even used the phone except to put the sim card on to check if there was indeed airtime last month due to my account being deducted -now i have to pay R1700. for internet i did not use! honestly i want a refund -as only yesterday i was told that the phone is ready -SERIOUSLY AFTER 4MONTHS after i got billed A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT!! and be told it was internet used from the number given to me!! this is ridiculous..i want a refund and my this contract to be cancelled. PERIOD!
