Internal - No feedback from the unit

On Saturday this last week. I went into Cell C Cape Gate to upgrade an existing contract I haven't been using but still paying. only to find that an internal staff member at one of your Durban Cell C branches had committed on my ID. all my details where listed and a debit order came off my Acc for R114.00 (which was for a new line) a galaxy S4 had been issued at a price of R399 per month and another contact taken out by the same agent for a one note tablet issued on my ID to someone I don't know. This was all done on the 15th of July 2013 without my knowledge.

Dean at your Tygervalley Service Centre kindly logged the case for me and sent it to your unit. who I am yet to hear from. What's happening to fix this? My refund? How will I be compensated for this? Has the agent been fired?
