Cell C internet network extremely poor and rip off

I stay in Mabopane North of Pretoria. In December 2013 I bought a 100gig 3G prepaid package from CellC after being guaranteed that my area has clear coverage. I immediately activated the service which i have been using for sometime. Unfortunately since May 2013 the network has gone from worse to appalling. It literally starts working from dusk until dawn thereafter it is practically no coverage. This is very frustrating especially because i I still have about 31gig remaining. I really am appalled by CellC. I feel like flushing the SIM card.
