I loved BB, now I hate em, thanks to Voda my brand

Hi All,

I have waited patiently for this, lets start, I sold proudly Blackberrys for a time when the storms where around, I would sell BB more than any other, best in the world if you ask me.

Now that I have 2 9360 I hate them, the batterys are terrible, vodacare refuses to give me a battery for the one or do anything with the other, except update software to a version that doesnt have 2G only, worsening battery life.

No phone or battery swop. Heres the worse part, most of the people I sold 8520s to now have 9360s, friends and family, all have batterylife issues. I work with so many people that also have the same problem as well, for that matter the only ones I have seen without a problem are within their OBF period (first 7 days)

The 2 cellular brands I trusted the most I now hate to bits thanks to these problems and the resistance to my advice because I am just a person on the street, though I sold em for 2 years, I got 2 8520s on their launch and quite a few and now on 9360 and 9320.

Lets see if anyone will help me seeing as I have I think 8 contracts. 4BBs currently and I think 20 over the last 5 years.
