I bought a Blackberry 9360 from Truworths (Church Street) in Pretoria was assisted by a very rude consultant who known as Richard. Richard lacked customer service and people skills, I had problems with the charging point on my phone but, Rich wrote that I'm having issues with my battery. They took my phone in for repairs and they changed the battery because the Rich character told them that I had problems with my battery. My handset came back with same issue and now the issue is both TRUWORTHS & MTN refuses to resolve this issue. I have fully paid for this phone I experienced problems in less than 6months. I feel cheated and robbed and I think TRUWORTHS does not care about their customer hence their hire people without experience and they allow their 3rd party "MTN" to violate my rights as customer. I then called the store and spoke to the store manager known as Charlotte; I asked her to keep and use my phone for a week and only give it back when my phone is in a good and acceptable condition. After 2weeks she tells me that there's nothing they can do to assist me. I feel robbed, can somebody superior intervene please. Cannot buy a phone to only use it for 6months
