Contract Phone still cannot recieve calls

Hi had an insurance claim on a cellphone 24th July 2013, not only did it take Nashua Mobile 2 weeks to replace my phone on a company account, but the simcard they replaced with the same week, still does not work. I have not made over 17 phone calls with regards to the issue and over 4hours of talking on my other cellphone to resolve. when I ask the credit controller for credit since the phone/Sim has not worked since the 24th July, he response is that "that is not is department I must speak to insurance department or call centre." still today there I have no joy and frankly speaking it feels like no one at Nashua is even bothered to fix, The thing that annoys the most is that every time I speak to someone they say they will phone back to check if I the phone is working but they never do, every time its at our expense and at our time. It unbelievable that 5 weeks later and no joy. This Service I have been receiving of late is absolutely appalling, but pay a day late and you line are locked without a hesitation. this is my last resort otherwise I am going to have to get my lawyers involved.
