CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST

A Blackberry 9810 was booked in for repairs at Pinecrest branch on 13.06.2013
After inquiries it was found that the phone was send to Midrand on 27.07.2013 and was received on 09.07.2013. This is a period of 4 weeks.
According to the general manager (Pilall) this was due to internal logistical changeovers and was out of his control.
H/O send to Vodacare on 12.07.2013, who received it 15.07.2013.
An exchange unit was authorised and was send back to Autopage H/O on Friday 19.07.2013 with waybill no 4580223 and was received on Monday 22.07.2013 and signed for by Abedigo.
Today is 24.07.2013 and the handset is still not at the relative branch and not even book into the system as received.
I contacted the Franchise owner (Mohammed) for assistance and he told me only what Pillal told me. He could not even give me a contact number at H/O to contact service department.
Customer care cannot assist me as everything works with emails that has a 24hr turn around time. I'm still waiting for a call back that was logged a week ago.
This service is COMPLETELY unacceptable and this for an account of more than 10years.
We have been following up since 15.07.2013 with no satisfaction what so-eve
