Z10 for repairs, phone can't be found to be booked

On the 23-09-2013 my cellphone was collected by courier on Autopage's request for repairs, Signed waybill was received by Autopage on 25-09-2013.

Ever since then made phone calls on daily & weekly basis to customer care 0861 23 24 24 as well as complains on their web page trying to find phone as they have no record that my phone was received by them and not yet booked in for repairs. 3 Supervisors made promises to assist me and will contact me back, but 2 to 3 days later nothing and when you try to contact that supervisor you get told that he is not in & they will transfer you to next one, I also must have spoken to aboat 20 different customer care consultants that also can't help me & promise to phone me back.

On Saterday 13-10-2013 I was phoned and told that my phone was found and this call is booking it in for repairs and I will receive an sms as well as email to accept conditions of autopage, by Monday 14-10 I phoned as no email or sms was received, Henry a supervisor told me he will look into it and contact me before end of day, well 3 days later still nothing and again I can't speak to him even after he gave me direct number

Is this acceptable?
