POOR SERVICE-HELP!!!

I purchased a Blackberry 9900 from Autopage at Clearwater Mall Branch, Oct 2013.Price R6146.00. Just over 2 months later i had problems with the handset and took it in at the branch. I was told that i will be given feedback. However this was not the case. I made numerous calls and still did not receive any feedback. The service; unacceptable.!!! I called in at Midrand Head Office 31-10-2013, my query was sorted, the manager advised that the branch in question will call me before the end of business day, I then questioned what my options were, and mentioned '' I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE''...he advised, i have a choice for a cheaper handset or more expensive handset... Further more, ''I NEVER RECEIVED THE CALL FROM THE BRANCH'' Once again, I called in advising i will be in the next morning; 1-11-2013. Sadly I had one option, choose a more expensive handset... and its the same price range as the Mini S4 which i was opting for. Whats going on guys??? As a client i deserve to choose what i want. I also called in at the Midrand offices on 1-11-2013. Liaised with Ariana and have not received any feedback. Does Autopage know what is client service???
