PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

My iPad was booked into Autopage for repairs on the 6th February 2013 & i was told it would take about 3 weeks to be repaired.
After 3 weeks Ive sent emails to the branch & i have received no feedback.
I have then made attempts to contact the call centre & all the useless people tell me is that its in for repairs.
5 weeks later i find out that there was a note on the system saying that the unit is ready for collection.
Nobody ever contacted me to give me a status update as to where or when the unit should be collected.
After numerous calls to the call centre, every agent assured me that they would get back to & to this hour not 1 person has given me feedback.
Today i was told that the unit will be dispatched next week to the store.

Im really off with the poor service i have received from the Altech Autopage personelle & i will never in my life use Altech Autopage ever again.
