Received misleading Advertisement with no T & C's

On 2013-01-17 I received an sms on my cellphone to the effect that I can upgrade to another phone and with a cash card. There were nowhere mentioned about T's & C's apply. When I treid to get through to there customer service number (0861232424) I was unable to do so. I then went to my nearest store in Paarl (very good assistance, nothing to complain) who phoned Altech Autopage Head Office. They then said that it was a mistake on their side because the upgrade is on my data bundle. I said that their sms is then misleading and if I make such a mistake in my bussiness I must take the loss. I therefore expect the same from them. I then send an email on 2013-01-17 and received conformation from Autopage. On 2013-01-22 I send another emeil and received conformation and that they will contact me. On 2013-01-23 whilst busy with a client I received a call from somebody at Autopage. I asked to be recalled in 2 minutes as I was busy with a client. No return call. On 2013-01-25 @15:36 I spoke to May, @15:40 Ntabiseng, @15:46 cutoff, @15:54 Manuel and @16:04 Monique all from Altech Autopage and still I don't have an answer or salution to my problem.
