Suppose to be long life battery - new blackberry

I bought my new blackberry 9320 in december 2012 my phone is not even a month old and i have to charge my battery twice a day and its advertise as longer life battery i would understand if i am playing with or working on the phone the whole day but i dont even use it that much. i took the phone to vodacom in lakeside mall because for me its not right and its still under guarentee. all what the guy at vodacom lakeside mall in benoni told me was well thats the new blackberry's i cant do anything about it! WHAT! that is totally not acceptable and false advertising i dont know if that is true from blackberrys side
