How does one cancel a contract with Cell C???

The above links relate to the same complaint. I have been in contact with Sipho on various occasions and to date, my query has not yet been resolved.

Sipho emailed a summary and asked me to pay in an amount, which I paid, he then advised that the account was now indeed cancelled and I could move on with my life, yet today I get an sms to say my account has been handed over for an amount of R2301.99 and I should contact Pholosa on 011 317 4308. I have every single email that has been sent and or received and yet clearly someone at Cell C is not doing their job.

Can you please tell me how I am supposed to be handed over for an account that is paid up and more importantly CANCELLED!!! The amount of time I have spent trying to resolve this is now becoming unbearable.

What do you need from me to ensure the account is cancelled and I can move on with my life and never have to deal with Cell C ever again.

This has been going on for too long!
