Please be aware that this is my 3rd complaint on hello peter in connecting of my phone!
One of Autopages consultants: Brian Maleka who phoned me just after 12h00 on Wed 27 Nov 13, said to me that my phone, that I'm been waiting for 3 months, is at the Menlyn branch form the beginning of this month and I can go and collect my phone. I went there today to pick up my phone and guess what, IT WAS NOT THERE! The service of Autopage is shocking!
He was so arrogant on the phone when he phoned me and even said this on my previse complaint:

As per our telephonic conversation, please be advised that the above matter has been resolved and closed.

So what am I to do to get service or my contract cancelled without paying any fees?..Maybe it will help if I report them to the Ombudsmen
