Internet not Working

Since last week I cannot download or open anything using my iPhone 4s.

The page will start loading but then freezes and nothing opens, no picture will load on facebook as well.

I phoned the data support centre who told me that there is no issues on their side and that my account is setup correctly, I also asked if they had any similar issues which they informed me they did not.

Looking at some posts on hellopeter there are other customers just like me having issues.

How many people need to complain or phone in before this matter is escalated???

To date I still can't use my internet properly and nothing has helped (they said I should reset my network settings)

This is terrible and I really want this to be fixed ASAP, I moved from Vodacom to MTN and if this is the service I'm receiving I will surely switch my account back.
