Internet log on Issue

I have been unable to access my account from both Internet and your new app since 07:00 this morning. It will take me to the home screen but the minute I click on " Log In" I am unable to do so. I was able to log in yesterday so no issues from my side. On calling and emailing the Internet support I am told that you are experiencing browser issues. The professional way to handle issues of this nature is to inform your clients in the Home page as and when you are experiencing issues. Seems a bit like Absa does not want to publish issues they may be experiencing? I would like to know when this will be fixed as call centre agent can only say we are working on it?
