Zero internet connectivity for over a month

Ive been struggling with internet for over 2 months where all my connections time out and im unable to open webpages. finally on 15july i contacted cellC via facebook as no one on the customer care line could assist me. after a mont of struggling and them not getting back to me and phoning them the whole time i finally got hold of someone who just told me there was nothing that they could do and they have problems in the guateng area. i paid cash for 200gigs data that i am unable to use. this is completely unacceptable and they cant tell me when ill be able or even if i will be able to use it before it expires. i feel this is in breach of the consumer act and if i dont get a answer now i want my money back.

Do you have internet, voice issues?
internet . even tho device shows full network coverage and the hsdpa logo is active. my connection times out. the only way to get any web page to load is by having a active voice call in the background
