Data never working on phone

I purchased an IPhone 5 on the 200 talktime a month, (this is a month ago), since day 1 i had a problem with my internet on my phone, but luckily i have adsl at home. Contacted the call centre 3/4 times, editing my settings, this person tries this and that person tries that... a month later, and my internet is still not working 100%. It would work for 5mins and stops for 30mins. Seriously??? i don't believe a setting is incorrect, why would it work for 10mins an hour. I travel through to roodepoort and stay in pretoria. is the reception just so bad??? On the website i noticed i should setup my roaming to vodacom (Cell C using Vodacom, if i knew that i would've went for Vodacom, i am prepared to pay more for something that is actually working) but even with that, same story, works for 5mins (That's on EDGE) I hope you can sort out your connectivity issues
