My internet has been giving me issues for months with my wifi disconnecting and my speed dropping. When logging a fault on the telkom app the sms response is there was not faults picked up but i still have the same issues? Then when going threw twitter to complain i am just ignored and when trying to phone i sit for so long with no answer. My internet has been giving me endless issues for months now and i am just wanting it fixed as soon as possible.

Please i am needing this fixed.
