HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSNISS

My wife wanted to do a upgrade on her contract. She told them what her needs are and they made a recomendation. they did not explain but my wife trusted them. they could not supply a copy of the contract as they where off line that day and very bussy. 10 Days later by accedent we found out that the contract she whas givven whas the oppisate of her requirements. We went back to have the contract rectified but it took 5 visits and still no joy. They do not phone back when they promise to and even their head office is useless. They have made a offer on a new contract but that is also not what we want. This is Why I went away from them... Shame on you MTN
