Post-Paid Billing - again!

On the 25th June I sent a complaint here to Telkom regarding their option for "Post-Paid Billing" and how one could access it. Since then there have been some 240 items added, many of which have received a response from Telkom - but not mine. When can I get a reply, please?
Similarly I have e-mailed their support address but their advice on how to get there, via the Top-up" page, simply does not work as the required option is not there. The 10210 has been attempted many times, but has yet to yield the answer. One time I got close after 58min but the connection was severed.
Does anyone in Telkom know how I can get this service?
