Upgrade and contract changes on the wrong number!!

On monday (27th) My mother (holder of the contract) went to MTN to upgrade her phone. Later, I (I have a contract under her name) received messages from MTN saying the upgrade was successful and that I have been changed to a contract subscription, I was previously on top up 200. I spoke to my mother and she said they had made a mistake and she has been going back to the store to ask them to fix it. Meanwhile I have not been able to receive emails or use any blackberry services. They only reversed the upgrade mistake and not the contract problem. Now stories are coming up about head office today on Friday when the issue was brought to their attention on Tuesday. MTN has been really useless in helping me and not making an effort to fix this. I am really annoyed, now it is weekend and I must wait until next week? This is nonsense and any costs incurred will not be paid by us.
