CellC Direct phoned me to renew my wife's Monthly contract. I said I wanted the same one she had last time but NO PHONE. The person said they did not have one without a phone (later found out he). I eventually took the Ace that was the cheapest android he could find.
Few days later I went to get myself a new contract. Week later I still didn't hear any thing from them. They were still trying to find me a Black S4. I told them to cancel the phone and also just give me a Month2Month WITH NO PHONE (seen in the pamphlet on their desk.). They couldn't give me the new contract because my account is frozen due to my wife's phone that still hasn't been delivered. They asked if they can delete my wife's contract to order mine and then they will reload my wife's. Well it's been almost 3 weeks since the original order and still nothing.

Can someone in CellC HQ who actually knows what's going on get your USELESS SERVICES to JUST DO SOMETHING. They people at the shop can't do anything until the USELESS people on the backend sort out their system. If all else fails, please just CANCEL EVERY thing so that I can just try someone else!
