'System Error' couple with badly trained staff!

Since Sunday, 14 July I have spoken to the following people: Fabio Phillip, Leon Pillay, Bongisiwe, Sezekae, Verusha Fonchuran, Bomkazi Dlamini, Stacy du Plessis, Tsego Kgaselo, Belinda, Jonny Lekota, Nhahlanhla.
Everyone of these people promised to have a MANAGER, not a supervisor, a MANAGER to call me back and I am still waiting for that all elusive call.

Leon Pillay, who said he was a manager, took it upon himself to hang up on me without assisting me.

I e-mailed Bomkazi - to her email address at [Email Removed] a total of FOUR times and she has still not bothered to come back to me.

On 19 July I raised a complaint on fb regarding my experience. I did inbox them my cell phone number - but I have still not heard from anyone.

What does one need to do to get some kind of service from 8ta/Telkom Mobile or whatever you are calling yourself these days!
