If CEO can't return call, no wonder staff don't

Well other that the automated response to my previous complaint, I have had no response at all from ADT. Second appointment with Arnold not met. Called call centre asked his manager Leon to call - still waiting... asked Mr Humphrey to return call- still waiting... asked Leon's manager Russel to call - still waiting. Call centre agents are incompetent, cut you off when they put you on hold (don't think it is accidental either Gail and Bongani). All managers are in meetings at the same time and call centre agents are not prepared to call anyone out.
Best of all I can have system removed same day yet it will take another 2-3 days before a sales rep can see me regarding an upgrade on my current system. Go figure.
Even contacted call centre and selected 1 for life threatening emergancey and it took 5 minutes befor someone answered the phone. lets hope I never have one of these and have to rely on ADT. Might die before they answer the phone.
Hope that I actually receive a response and not just an automated one at that.
