Hi there,
i recently mail [Email Removed] to query incorrect information of mine on the Telkom Self-Service Portal [URL Removed] When clicking on the "Fetch" on the Manage Subscriptions page it shows incorrect information -- lets the company I work for as a first name and surname,
e.g
Name: Company Ltd
Surname: Company Ltd
I have a prepaid SIM and RICA'd in Telkom N1 City, Cape Town.
I also requested itemised billing via email to be setup -- i called it and the Agent had some system error and promised to call me back. I am still waiting.
I have mailed [Email Removed] several times, and no one has even bothered to acknowledge or reply to my enquiry.
