Cell C
Put on to ITC for no reason

I changed to Cell C in February, had I known it was going to be such a horrible ordeal I would never have even considered it. I have never received a statement or account from them since February and my account get debited every month via debit order. Last week while in the process of acquiring a home loan I get told that there is something against my name from cell c for R159 at ITC. It costs me a whole Saturday to obtain the zero balance. I will instruct my lawyers to pursue this matter further.

I also wish to cancel my account with Cell C because there is no reception where I work and at my house. My family cannot get hold of me and they have had to phone other people in crisis. I have also lost contracts because of this poor service.

Please do not switch to cell c, it's all.
