Fedup with "steamroller attitude"!!!

With reference to a mail sent directly to me from Vodacom Complaints on Friday, 29 March 2013, 15:52:23 :

I AM UTTERLY FED-UP WITH THE STEAMROLLER ATTITUDE: The Vodashop told me that Vodacom Head Office was the problem. Now Vodacom Head Office tells me that according to the Vodashop, I had chosen the option of a gift voucher, in stead of 100MB free data. AS ALREADY EXPLAINED, I was informed that there are no contracts without data bundles available anymore. I was not interested in data, but was told that free data was a standard condition on renewal of my contract. At no time, no options were discussed apart from choice of phone and voucher. THIS IS REALLY PATHETIC!!! DO YOU TREAT ALL YOUR CLIENTS LIKE THIS??? This complaint should be seen as a warning to all current and possible future clients.
