Unprofessional and bad attitude, poor customer services

I'm a new customer of vodacom and im educating myself of the services they have. I called callcentre and got assistance from simphiwe. My enquiry was how to buy data bundles as my phone won't allow me to use *111# I then asked on how much data do I get for R55 he told me to hold and I held the line. He then asked to give me a callbackbas his system was slow, I agreed. He then asked me to rate his service I asked him Esther it was necessary because I called for bundles and I did not get them because he was to give me a callback so as per me as the customer the task is incomplete. He then became rude and yelled at me.
I told him that this is not the manner on how U treat your clients and was goin to report him. He called me and gave me incorrect information on how to purchase data. I think it was his way of getting rid of me.
Is this the pathetic service that vodacom and is this how U treat your clients?
Where is the respect? And why nt provide service to your clients? I pay for the services and therefore require value for my money. I'm disgusted and dissapointed and would rather go to a network where I will be appreciated
