Pathetic and disgraceful service

I handed in my cell for repairs. It was returned without my battery and back cover. Almost a month has passed and they have no returned. I have been to the branch over 5 times. They say everytime they will call me the next day to let me know when I will get it but never received even one call yet. I have been a customer over 15 years. Absolutely pathetic staff and disgraceful service. Definately will not be staying with Vodacom.
