Epairs ongoing for 1 month and still no phone

1 month without a phone because Vodacom repairs could not do a decent job. i waited 10 days to get an sms for an out of box fault, where i returned the phone within 7 days. today i went to fetch my phone which was supposed to be ready for collection and after waiting 3 hours at the repair centre they could not find my phone.
VODACOME your service is disgraceful!!!
