Vodacom Service Extortion... again

My contract phone with Vodacom was rebooting six or seven times each day. I returned the phone to Vodacom for repairs, since it is still under contract. I was phoned by the repair center that the problem was a faulty battery and that a replacement was going to be R489.00. I rejected the quote and asked to have my phone returned to Vodacom Cavendish Shopping Center. on my collection i was charged R57, after nothing was repaired or done. Vodacom's service is absolutely diabolical. Since my current contract for 2 phones and a laptop runs to R1600 per month, i expect better service. At least the contract is up within the next year, and Vodacom will never receive any of mu business again, and i will make it my mission to dissuade everybody from signing up with Vodacom. My absolute disgust with Vodacom is such that i will not support any sports, teams, activities etc that are sponsored or hosted by Vodacom. My world will be Vodacom free.
