Ridiculously Bad Repair Service

My BlackBerry has been in for repairs, for exactly the same faults, 3 times in the last month. First time I got it back I checked it as soon as I got home and was still unable to use the phone. I returned to Makro who sent it back to Vodacom for the second time. The second time it came back we checked it in Makro and it had exatly the same faults so it was returned to Vodacom. I was in a rush when I collected it for the second time and couldn't wait for the Makro staff to check it with me. When I tried to use the phone that evening I still could not use it - exactly the same faults. I returned to Makro the next day and neither their staff nor the Vodacom salesman could believe that it had not been repaired, twice in a row. The Makro staff member contacted Vodacom who advised her that "there had been nothing wrong with the phone when it was sent in the second time"! Makro took a photo of my phone's screen & sent it to Vodacom so that they could see that it had not been repaired. It has now gone to Vodacom on 3 occassions. To say that this is ridiculous service is an understatement.
