Unbelievable billing

I received a bill from Mtn for an amount of R20 561.80 in May. I immediately called Mtn, disputing this amount, only to be told that it was no mistake and that I was liable for the payment. I went into the Mtn store at Umhlanga and spoke to a consultant. They advised me that it was data charges, which I again disputed. I am disputing this charge because I have downloaded nothing on my phone and never or very rarely go onto the internet because I have a laptop and work from there. The consultant sent
A message to the head office for me, requesting a URL report, which I have not received to date because apparently the management of Mtn have stopped issuing reports but I requested this 3 weeks prior. I have received little or no help from MTN. whenever I speak to any consultant I am told that if I do not pay this bill, my line will be suspended. I am truly disgusted at the attitude Mtn has. I have been a loyal customer to them for years.
