15 years of loyality means nothing

I have been an MTN costumer since 1998 and this month I have been repaid for my loyalty with a huge data bill and a stonewall to providing justification for this bill.

For the last week I have been promised a URL report that would supposedly justify the bill. First I was told it would take 24 hours, then I was told I would have by the end of the week and now I have been told they have a 7 day backlog.

Throughout this period I have indicated that I would be disputing this bill as it is not correct. Now I have been told that the magtape has already been sent to the bank. So this means I cannot stop these charges from going off.

So even if MTN has gotten it wrong I wont be able to stop them from taking the inflated charges off my account!

This is a sickening business practice and proof of how you make sure that you get what you want from your customer without caring one bit about the outcome of your actions.

15 years of loyalty and encouraging others to join is now down the drain.

Well done MTN!!

Its time to consider moving, a sad moment for me, but clearly MTN places no value in loyal costumers.
