We have been with Neotel since January of 2012, we had not received an account from them until April of 2013, stating that we have a large amount of outstanding payments. When I try to resolve the issue with Joseph and request multiple times to be put into contact with a manager, my requests are conveniently ignored. There is a lot more to this issue that I am wanting to speak to a manager directly about.
If someone, please not some individual who has been assigned this issue as I might just lose my mind, if a manager can contact me that would be great.
