Allan Hirsch actually exists

Had bad service from Hirschs StrubensValley. Decided to report them to. Checked website and saw a number to call Allan Hirsch with a cell number. Dialed it but was already thinking no way will CEO have his cell number listed and that this will divert to a call centre. Imagine my shock and amazement when Allan Hirsch actually answered his cellphone on the number provided. THAT IS TOTALLY AMAZING!!! Never experience that before and kudos to a CEO who is willing to take responsibility. Issue not resolved with SV as yet but I am highly impressed that the CEO is readily available to deal with his customers and to maintain his companies image. MIGHTY BIG CONGRATULATIONS ON THAT SO FAR!!!
