Cell C extremely useless & clearly don't care

Extension of previous report which is STILL not resolved see https:///cell-c/complaints/difficult-to-switch2cell-c-despite-me-still-trying-1011771.
Cell C eventually contact me & say they can't port my number because of problem at Telkom. Promise to call following morning.
No call following morning, despite me calling&emailing.
Eventually they contact me & port me. Miracle.
I then notice they put me on a topup package which I specifically did not request. I call call centre who say it will be fixed in 24-48 hours. Email Funiwe to assist, she ignores email. Week later, call them (Keletso), they say they see its escalated but someone will call me back. I ask for manager, Paresh Ramnath, who, after waiting says is in meeting&will DEF call me back today. End of day, STILL NO CALL!
Email Funiwe, who is suppose to assist with escalations, no reply!
Weeks later, and two months later, I still can't get the contract I requested numerous times with Cell C!
My previous hellopeter report is still open, awaiting Cell C.
Clearly Cell C service is terrible & there is nothing being doubt about it.
