NO FEEDBACK GIVEN AND FAILING TO UPDATE MY 8TA ACC

8TA COMPLAINT TO UPGRADE CONTRACT - 0813223680

I popped into your allnew 8ta store in Kenilworth centre and spoke to Izak and wanted to upgrade my contract but realised that I had not yet paid my account as I forgot. I went home and paid them immediately via EFT and emailed the proof of payment to Izak and contacted 8ta customer service and also emailed it to the email addresses supplied by the call centre staff.

Late Monday morning I popped in again and asked him if my account had been restored as I was still able to phone throughout this time but could not upgrade due to the status of my contract being suspended.

He then pointed to an email which he had received from the accounts dept which indicated that my account had been 'restored' but was still in suspended status and he was waiting for another so called dept to change this status which I was to be make believe that it is done by simply doing a change on their part which to me sounded like a press of a button on a computer but now it's the 21 July 2013 and still nothing and now as told by the shop after returning this past week only to be told that it can only be done at month-end. I don't believe this!!
