Data in mtn package upgrade is not what I get

On 1 July 2013 I upgraded my contract to the iPhone 16g 350 package for R529 per month. According to package I am supposed to get 350 rand airtime, 350 SMS and 500 mb of data. Today mtn credited my account with only 350 mb of data. I phoned mtn customer centre and the first woman was so rude telling me there is nothing she can do to assist me I must go fight with the mtn branch that did the upgrade. The second lady that I got was more friendly and told me that 150 mb is part of a promo bundle. Yet it still doesn't reflect on my bundle info. Further to this the pro-rata data I was supposed To get in June was never given to me. I was told they do not give you the data at all if it is pro-rata yet I payed for it at the end of the day. I have been with mtn for many years now and I am bitterly disappointed in their service. I want to kick my own bum for upgrading with them.
