I've been trying to do my upgrade for a week now! I was told there's a prelegal status on my account nad that I need to pay an arreas amount of R35.49 for November 2012, an amount that I was never told about and cellc never deducted. I was told by the accounts department that my account is up to date and all those wonderfull things! For the past I've been transfered to all the various departments! I paid the amount, faxed them the deposit slip and it was confirmed that the payment was received, but credited to the wrong account. On thursday when called to see if I could to my upgrade, they told me about the money being credited to the wrong account but will have the problem sorted by friday and then I can do my upgrade. When I called in this morning to do my upgrade, I was told that the prelegal status is still on my account and that department don't work on a saturday! The service is bad and its realy becoming worse by the day! There never a manager to talk to and now I have to wait a whole weekend to do my upgarde on monday only and I was going to go on holiday wednesday. So now I must postpone my plans because their delivery takes 3-7 days. So I am realy very upset.
