Good day
I took out a Telkom Mobile contract in May 2011. I am still paying this account.
In December 2013 when I contacted the call centre they told me that I can upgrade.
I've been trying for the past week to do this, but according to the store I already upgraded in May 2013, which I did not. I've been trying to solve this problem without any help from anyone. When I go to the store they tell me I can't upgrade and when I phone the call centre they tell me that I need to go to the store to upgrade. Were to know I give up with Telkom's bad service. All i want is to apply for a new phone from them with this contract I am paying for.
