I just got my upgrade with MTN and a month ago and it was delivered to me a couple of weeks later the phone started giving me problems there hardly network on this phone and the speaker doesn't work 70% of the time. I called the call centre and they told me to check my settings and which I did and they were fine the consultant then told me that if the problem continues I should take it to "ANY" Mtn store and which I did. when I got to MTN store in Braynston I was told that I should take to an MTN Direct store I asked which is the nearest they said to me the Airport or Festival Mall. I went to festival mall yesterday and I explained to the lady what is going on with this phone she said that if its still under warranty then it needs to be booked in under OBFand I must take it to midrand. I called the call centre again and I spoke to Ora and she put me through to repairs then cut me off, called again was transferred again to repairs and they told me that I need to speak to MTN direct cut me off AGAIN. called and spoke to Dalize or something Fustrated as I was I ended up being rude but yet again my issues was not resolved MTN need to be consistent and stop making us run after them.
