Still no invoice

I posted a complaint on Hellopeter last week, MTN responded and said this query was sorted out. THAT'S A LIE! They have still not sent me any invoice, they also charged me R17.50 per month for reprints after I asked for it to be e-mailed to me. Then the next day it went up to R21.50 per month. They your money and still don't deliver a service.

I have struggled with this for over 2 weeks now!
