Still no luck after a month!

I have yet to receive an invoice that was promised to be e-mailed days ago, originally was a month ago! Then I hear I have to PAY for an invoice (that I only want bcuz they OWE me money since mid 2012!) PLUS now I want to cancel something on my contract but I don't know who to contact seeing as everyone at Cell C is "so competent" at their job! That's a laugh! Such Also I asked my daughter to handle the situation as she understands more of this tech stuff than me, only to have the staff shout over her & cut her off!
